Mini displayport issue connecting to external Display

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble connecting my 2012 MacbookPro to any external display.

I used 2 setups, both involving my Mini displayport. First setup is Mini displayport - Philips Display1 connected by HDMI adapter. The 2nd setup is Mini displayport - HP Display2 connected by VGA adapter.

None of them work, the external displays just do not show anything. My OS is Sierra. I also need to mention that my Mac is working flawlessly.

Does anyone have an idea about what the issue may be? It is really upsetting since i really need an external display for my work.

Thank you!

I forget to mention that try to run Apple Diagnostics if it reports Thunderbolt related issue in the case it's caused by hardware trouble(NDT001 to NDT006).
