iPad Dock Keeps Disappearing In iOS 14.4

Anyone know why the iPad Dock keeps disappearing in iOS 14.4? I have to restart to bring it back. This is with the latest 12.9 inch iPad Pro.

Disappearing in what circumstances? Are you suggesting that the Dock is not visible at all on your Home Screens - or that the Dock is simply hidden when using Apps?

The dock is not accessible. I know it will disappear when opening an app.
