I completed 67 minutes of intense activity on February 14? I was supposed to receive the Heart healthy badge and did not receive it. I have another friend in the same situation. How do we remedy this?

Force restart both your iPhone and watch (iPhone first).
Some users are reporting that it takes 2 force restarts, for myself it took only one restart and a wait of 30 minutes
