How to always see the sender email address in Mail?

I use Apple Mail under Big Sur.

I cannot find the option to always see the sender email address when reading an e-mail.

Does anybody know how to get it?

P. S. The reason is that recently we had a phishing attack, where everybody gets a very real looking email from our boss, and only by clicking on the sender name and looking at the email address, one can see that it is a fake email.

P. P. S. It is really annoying that Apple does not easily provide such an important security measure as seeing someone's address all the time.

It might be, except that Apple does provide this option.

Mail > Preferences > Viewing > Use Smart Addresses option box. Remove the tick in this box. When this is removed the email address of the sender will be visible.
