Apple Maps is sending my BNB houseguests to a pin far away how to move pin

The pin is 1,000 feet away in a dangerous empty lot behind an abandoned building. This is unsafe, and months of moving the pin in the desktop app are ignored. I am told my username and Apple ID email will be responded to but nothing.

I am literally about to be suspended from a popular BNB platform for this!!! ONLY APPLE MAPS! Every other map IS CORRECT! ALL OTHER SERVICE MAPS CORRECT

if you open maps and select the location you can submit a request. they are usually really quick in resolving map issues.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

To report an issue, or edit your home or work address, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the Info button , in the upper-right corner.
  2. Tap Report an Issue.

  3. Choose the issue and follow the onscreen instructions.

To add a missing place, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the Info button , in the upper-right corner.
  2. Tap Add a Missing Place.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions.

To allow Apple to contact you with questions about a reported issue on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > Maps, scroll to the bottom of the screen and turn on Follow up by Email. Maps uses the email address on your Apple ID account.
