Activity/Workout Notification Not Working

Hi, I recently bought a Series 6 Apple Watch and the first couple of days, when I went for a walk, my watch would recognize and ask if I’d like to start a workout.

Unfortunately, for some reason, it doesn’t recognize this anymore and I have to manually start the workout. I have checked and the notification for starting a workout option is on. I’ve tried turning both my phone and watch off and on. Please help!
