Start workout reminder not working

Hello,

my apple watch does not detect automatically workouts anymore. The settings are correct and I still get the end of workout reminder as normal but not the start. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Apple Watch Active Workout Reminder Not Working Randomly when I’m taking the train or on the bus my Apple Watch says “Looks like your exercising. Record elliptical workout”. It only senses elliptical workout and nothing else. How can I fix this? My Apple Watch is the Series 3.
