I downloaded a song from itunes and it had the correct album cover artwork. However, when I see it on my ipod, it has a different album cover from the same band. How can I fix this? I've tried delting the artwork and replacing it with the correct artwork but nothing changed. Thanks.
This is an item purchased in the iTunes Store right? Do you have Apple Music or iTunes Match, or are you syncing from iTunes? A trick with purchased content can be to remove the item from the device, hide it from your purchase history in the store so that the phone doesn't try to pick up a cloud link for it, then put it back using iTunes.

Great, just checking that you're able to sync manually from iTunes. The method I gave above of removing, hiding from the purchase history, and adding back should work.

What kind of iPod? Touch or classic? Sometimes getting rid of incorrect artwork requires restoring the device.

Yes. I purchased it from the iTunes Store and synced to my iPod. I don’t have Apple Music and I don’t think I have iTunes Match.
