I cannot get the close caption to work. I’ve gone to settings and then accessibility and then subtitles and captions. Nothing seems to work. The movie please without close captions. Please help.

During playback, press the down button on the device remote or smart TV remote to show the Subtitles pane, then select an option. The language list is horizontally scrollable.

Apple TV+ content will have many subtitle/closed captioning languages and audio languages available. For Losing Alice, that would be 41 subtitle tracks and 21 audio tracks for 11 languages (regular and AD).
