Auto capitalization using Voice Control

This Voice Control app does NOT work correctly. It happened with my old MacAir, and now with my new MacBook Pro using M1. It automatically capitalizes words like And after a comma. It does it repeatedly and without regard to what your settings are in Keyboard or Accessibility. You CANNOT tell me that the Apple people don't know this. Its been happening for years. Ive read dozens of posts, and never a solution.

I can GUARANTEE YOU that none of you support engineers can provide a solution.

I dream of having Dragon back. I write books, and gave up typing them 20 years ago. Til I switched to Mac. You can't stop every other sentence and fix a random And or other dumb cap.
