My wife died....

I use her IPad with my Apple ID. But none of the Apps will update without her ID, which is NOT available. What do I need to do, clean everything to point zero and start over?

You can clean everything and start over or you can request her Apple ID from Apple.


Contact Apple. They need to see a copy of the death certificate and a copy of the will or a document that shows you inherited it.
