Can I return my MacBook after having it for a month?

My brand new MacBook m1 won't turn on anymore; I held the power button for 10 seconds and no change. If a part needs to be replaced, is it possible to return this one and get another macbook?

I see now you have gone back and changed the title of your OP to

"Can I return my MacBook after having it for a month?"



No, not after 14 days. This falls under a warranty repair—

You have 14 days to return for a full refund or exchange for one that works out of the box.
