Hi. Im using ipad air 4 and i just bought smart cover but unfortunately the screen cannot auto wake up/sleep when i open/close the cover. Is it because of the cover or my ipad problem . Did anyone facing same issue like me ? Kindly help. Tq

We understand that your Smart Cover is not able to automatically wake your iPad Air when opened, and unable to put it to sleep when closed.
Are you using the Apple-branded Smart Folio for iPad Air (4th generation)?
Do you have any accessories connected to your iPad Air? If yes, have you had the chance to remove the accessory and check if the issue persists?
