I bought my iphone 12 pro in lebanon in 3 days ago but i found out that it is japanese and i really want the shutter off cause i work in church and i take photos for the page

There is no "solution".
It is physically impossible to silence the camera shutter on devices sold in Japan or South Korea. It is against the law to do so in those countries and removing the device from those countries does NOT change that.
