My earpiece on my iPhone 8 is so quiet I can’t hear the person on the other end

We understand you're having some trouble hearing calls. If you haven't yet, try adjusting the volume while you're on an active call. The following page offers some helpful guidance: Adjust the volume on iPhone
If there's no noticeable change, let us know if you've been able to hear calls normally on this iPhone in the past, and if volume is still lower than expected when using a headphones.
Additionally, try testing a Face Time audio call to see if you have the same difficulty hearing there.
