How to block unwanted emails?

I use block sender for unwanted Spam emails and my preferences confirms, however  I still get the emails in my inbox instead of in a spam folder. 

So I went to: Settings > Mail > Threading > Blocked Sender Options. Once there I looked for the option NONE but I don’t have it!.. Only Mark as Blocked, Leave in Inbox and Move to Trash… so I choose Move to Trash but it still coming to my inbox…. But I want  it to be NONE!

 How do I fix this?
