See attached. I have logged out, restarted, logged back in on iCloud on iPhone and laptop.

This may be an Apple problem. Someone else is reporting the same problem.
I did a factory reset on all devices. Logged out of all devices. Spent 1.40 minutes with a tech today. They are stumped.
I am having the same issues and i cannot even log out because it says i do not have permission to...any solutions?
