opening an dmg file
I ordered turbo tax online which had a e download. I did in fact download it but cannot open it. it just shows that it is a dmg file. any suggestions to whether I did it correctly and if I did how do I open it.

Double clicking a .dmg should usually have it open as a window on your computer. It will also appear as a "drive" in your Finder sidebar and as a drive on your desktop.
If it isn't do this, the file may still be downloading or it is corrupt and needs re-downloading.
