I have WhatsApp installed on my iPhone 6. Since this morning when another call was interrupted by a friend calling me on WhatsApp, it has kept on ringing. I've cleared the history, I've tried to turn off the phone - (but found that I can't do that). Please can someone help me?? I'm desperate.

Something to ask whatsapp or look at their support site since you're using their app.
I had tried putting the phone on charge yesterday for an hour but the fault persisted. This morning the ringing had stopped and normal service resumed. No idea why, perhaps St Joseph is into IT?
