Hi. I have a new iphone 11. I disabled voicemail for one day as i needed to use my phone for work & i now want to enable it again but i cant get it back on!
I’ve googled how to do it but i can only find instructions about resetting the voicemail password which doesnt help.
Anyone out there know what to do?

You can't disable or enable voice mail at all from your phone. That's a carrier feature.
Maybe your carrier has a magic code you can call or something to turn it off or on, but that is not normal.
Contact your cellular carrier.

Call your carrier. You screwed it up and they are going to have to fix it.
Next time, be a little more careful about people telling you how to do things on the interwebtubes...
