Why can’t I get discovery plus through Apple TV

The Apple TV app does not allow installing other apps for Apple TV.

Apps for Apple TV refers to the Apple TV set-top box (4th generation or later) only.

Vizio users will have to install apps from the app repository as provided by Vizio. Unfortunately, that doesn’t include discovery+ at this time.
