Green screen on iPhone 12

hi, does anyone have a complete green screen on their iPhone? my phone was working fine until all of the sudden the screen went completely green and flickers nonstop. I didn't drop it on liquid, I haven't changed the screens or anything. its been less than 3 months since Ive bought the iPhone 12 and haven't had any accidents with it. does anyone know why this is happening?
