Tim Cook on email.

I got my MacBook Pro M1 7-8 days before. After 2 days It started flickering and so many other issues.

It's in the apple service center, and they are not giving me a replacement. Since it's the company's fault.

I am thinking to write an email to timcook. Will it help?

I read on quora it helped so many people?

Because it's clearly an assembly issue.

I told them about 14-day replacement. They said we don't offer replacement In Pakistan.

What a lame excuse.

Ah —so in this case, you have to refer to local traditions, laws. and standard operating procedures ,I can not speak to out of the USA,

however you can Outside the USA—

I do not see how Tim Cook is going make a change to your local laws or standard policy on bought and sold items, the laws are obviously different—it sound like you have done what it takes to get your issue resolved as "lame excuse" as it sounds.

Typically in the USA —you have a 14-day return policy on any new purchase for any reason, a full refund or exchange for one that works out of the box.

I am at a loss as to how this gets turned into "the company's fault" ?
