Television provider linked to iPhone 12 cannot stream

I just purchased an additional wireless receiver to ensure I wouldn’t have any issues but for some reason my phone will not connect to the tv or mirror the screen at all!! Help

  1. Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to the same Wi-Fi network as your Apple TV or AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV.
