apple watch activation lock

my uncle gave me his iwatch s3 but the activation lock thing is going on, and my uncle just passed away so how can i go through this activation lock thing!

Activation Lock My little sister just recently passed away and her mom gave me her Apple Watch. We don't know any of her passwords/usernames to get in and remove the device's activation lock. Is there any way to remove it without having that information?
