How do I find out which app is using my microphone and camera?

If you open control center (swipe down from the top right corner of the device), it should tell you at the top which app was using it as well as an icon showing you if it was the camera or the microphone.

That tells me what apps use my location. ? What am I doing wrong?

Ever figure this out? I want to know as well
