Let’s see if we can get Siri working as it should again.
Have you tried going to Settings > Siri & Search > then turn off Hey Siri, restart your iPhone following the steps in the article shared earlier, then turn Siri back on?
Have you tried changing the Language option and see if Siri responds differently using another language?
Did this start after installing a new app or update?
Let us know if you still hear the same after trying those steps.

Updating: I've talk to the apple support and if you have the same problem,you dont have anything to do until the next apple update as barberlives123 suggested.This only happens in some kind of languages includes Turkish as i understand.So dont worry it will be fixed.

Have you tried restarting your iPhone following the steps in Restart your iPhone? Is your iPhone updated to the latest iOS 14.4 that’s available?
Try the steps found in If “Hey Siri” isn’t working on your iPhone or iPad.

As long as your iPhone is updated to iOS 14.4, then updating shouldn’t be an issue. You’ve done some good troubleshooting.

Yes,i did all the steps 2 times and the problem is still continues.And yes siri responses me.But with saying the weird words on the video that i uploaded.It wasnt like that at all that first.She was response me as saying "mhm".It happened about 1 weeks ago..I think its about the codes and i guess it talks as code language therefore it is broke down.
Hey again.I've tried the English version of siri and it didnt said weird things.When i call her,she says "aha" but it isnt like that at all in turkish language.How can i fix it and i dont know is it because of an app or update i didnt followed it.
