how do I get my AirPods replaced when the battery only lasts 9 minutes

I have the original AirPods and the battery will only hold a charge for 9 minutes on the left and 15 minutes on the right. I have used them once a day when I walk the dog but now I can't even do that whilst listening to the radio or music. I cannot book a battery service as the local (45 mins away) apple store is shut due to covid

My AirPod Max is not connecting again. The light only flashes when it’s charging, once I remove the charger it doesn’t work My AirPods Max is no longer connecting. The amber light only shows when I’m charging it. I haven’t been able to use it.

AirPods Pro 2nd gen replacement ear tips not fitting properly Im using AirPods pro 2nd generation for 3 months. I found that air pods replacement ear tips are not fitting properly to the ear pods. A small visible gap is found between the ear pods and ear tips even if i try to adjust it. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
