Genius Bar appointment
I want to make an appointment in the Roosevelt Field Mall Apple store Genius Bar. I’m having problems downloading my pictures

Are you using iCloud Photos? Set up and use iCloud Photos
Do you have photos missing? If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app
