I need help with my AirPods Pro. I have to reset them every time I try to connect them and sometimes that doesn’t work. It says it is connected to my phone but won’t play anything

If they seem to be connected, but won't play, try this:
1) Open the Control Center
2) Long press on the music controls
3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)
4) Select AirPods
