I’m eligible for the replacement phone care plan, that comes with the Apple Care + package. How do I go about receiving the new phone & getting information?

I bought it around 05/2020. Somewhere around that time.
Then you bought it used and it doesn't qualify.
No, it was from the store, Wal-Mart to be exact. It was completely brand new!
