I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max; is it possible to sync the photos on my Camera Roll to my HP Envy laptop? I am in Direct Sales and would like to be able to save pictures on my phone and on my PC, yet be able to post them to Facebook or Instagram from either device.....is this possible?

You could try Set up and use iCloud Photos on your Windows PC - Apple Support. There are some potential pitfalls here if you delete content in the cloud and it is removed everywhere, and that some video content might not upload, which is why I tend to favour the manual approach.

See Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. You should also be able to copy and paste the contents of the camera roll into folders on your computer.
