I want to connect a touchscreen monitor with sound to my iPhone 11, can you help me know what I need to buy and how I will hook it up?

I appreciate your interest in my problem! I want to be able to do interactive video chatting with my 3 year old granddaughter, who can't work a mouse. There are interactive video chat apps (that won't work on her Fire Tablet) where I can read books while she turns the pages, and there are activities that she can flip memory cards, then I have a turn. My daughter has an iphone 11 and my granddaughter tries to use that, but the screen to much to small. Other than buying and sending my granddaughter a touchscreen laptop or a new ipad, I thought I could get a touchscreen monitor that can hook up to my daughter's phone. That cost is much less than the other two options I could think of..... I know I can get a monitor that hooks to the iphone that is NOT touch screen, but it will take away the fun interactive portion of the activities we can do together!

I think a refurbished iPad would be a good solution. I agree it would work for our video chatting, sharing books and activities. Thanks for your input!
