Anyone having issues with heart rate recording when doing a boxing workout on Watch 6? It almost never presents a chart in the fitness app. Nothing to do with the strap as can do a walk and captures it fine. Have asked Apple but got no response
Apple do say in their literature that when used in a sport such as Boxing with irregular movements, that the HRM may not work as well. My Garmins have been like that too. Probably best to wear a chest strap in those circumstances.
I don't know how you can wear the watch properly while wearing boxing gloves and that impacting would move the watch around.
Well to be fair, I should have said that this is whilst doing VR boxing on the PS4 so no gloves 👍
