Where did my Documents folder go when I upgraded to Big Sur?

When you went through the setup assistant, it asked if you wanted to move your Desktop & Documents to iCloud Drive.
You can turn it off if you don't want to have your files sync'd into iCloud Drive.
You can move the Documents shortcut up to Favorites, if you want to keep using iCloud Drive.

I see a Documents folder under iCloud Drive in the Finder window (in Finder), but I want to see Documents listed under Favorites (in Finder). I don't see any way to do that. I also want to be able to access a Documents folder from my hard drive when I select the Open menu item from MS Office applications on my Mac. But right now, I cannot find a Documents folder on my hard drive; only on iCloud Drive.
Some people turn on Desktop & Documents in iCloud Drive when they upgrade. Have you checked in iCloud Drive.
