Left AirPod working unexpectedly

While I was using my original AirPods, the left one suddenly wasn’t outputting the same audio level as the right one, and strangely, this problem is on all the devices my AirPods are connected to! So please, I really need a solution for this.

iPad, iPadOS 14

If the problem is consistent across multiple devices, you must look to what is common between them. At face value, it is very likely to be an issue with your AirPod(s).

You would be well advised to take your AirPods (and one or more of your devices with which to demonstrate the problem) along to the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your AirPods for a fault.
