After update of my series 5 apple watch, I see that the battery drains considerably faster.
Am I the only one?
After any IOS or OS update I find that a few forced restarts both your iPhone and your watch are needed.
First try force restarting your iPhone by whatever method your version calls for. As soon as you see the Apple logo force restart your watch by holding in the crown and side button for 10 seconds till you see the Apple logo then release. Log into your iPhone and wait for your watch to boot, then log into it.
Failing that I'd try unpairing the watch from your iPhone then pairing it back setting it up as new.
I tried this version. Still have same issue. But 7.5 B1 fixed it again. I have approximately 24 hours of battery again. It’s not 30 but 24 hours is fine for me.
Yep, in the same boat. Barely get 10 or 11 hours now. Use to getting 18+. Latest update sucks (life out of my watch). Hopefully Apple will issue a patch.
Like I already mentioned in the previous post: The issue was fixed by WatchOS 7.5 B1. Yesterday the WatchOS 7.5 B2 was published, but I'm afraid to do the update. Any body tested it already?

I have the same problem after the latest update. Will try the recommendations but this is a big problem watch battery didn't last 5 hours and died at work. The battery life monitor says 91%.

if this happen to you with a Cheap Android watch is more or less acceptable.

Apple just published 7.6.1 a couple of days ago. Did someone try it out? Was the fix included?
My battery drain started after 7.6.1. This is rendering my watch useless. I have tried all of the remedies but with no success. Very frustrating.
