Cannot delete apps off iPhone 11

Help, even when I press down on my screen twice, I cannot delete any app on my phone. Not even in the app store or when I swipe my phone twice to the left. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

can't delete apps I have just changed my phone to an iPhone 11 max pro and I can't delete apps. I hold down the app - it goes shaky - but it doesn't give me an x in the corner to press to delete. how can I delete apps?
