Korean keyboard

I can’t find this first letter on the iPhone Korean keyboard and when I’m trying to translate something from Korean it often comes up but I can’t find it in the keyboard?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

That is just a different shape used when two letters are combined, as in the example below

Here for example, I can’t translate this sentence fully because that letter or whatever it is isn’t in the keyboard

Could you post a picture of some text where it "comes up"? Please make it large and black on white instead of white on back.
