I can’t find this first letter on the iPhone Korean keyboard and when I’m trying to translate something from Korean it often comes up but I can’t find it in the keyboard?

Here for example, I can’t translate this sentence fully because that letter or whatever it is isn’t in the keyboard
But I don’t speak or understand Korean I use the keyboard to translate Korean words to English
