Apple Watch Time to move app notify even after moving

It looks like Apple Watch Time to move app ignores fact that I was moving a moment ago (walking around or making tea for example). It looks like this app notifies me once per hour to move around no matter if I moved in that time. Is it possible to change this behavior to be aware of my movements?

The stand reminder is not just standing up.

You must be moving around swinging your arm for more than 1 full minutes without stopping.
