Cannot review large attachments in iPhone storage

the ones in blue won’t open or play. I’ve restarted my phone and force closed settings like I read where someone else who had the same issue was instructed to do.

nothing worked.

are they from hidden files?

are they from text messages that have been deleted?

are they from old phone conversations that didn’t get transferred to the new phone?

I don’t want to blindly delete them without verifying their content
