How to open .htm and .html files in Safari and Chrome browser on Ipad 8th generation?

I am not able to open. htm and .html files from files folder.

I have .html file and folder related to it which is database for .htm file . Whenever I click on .htm file, it open the page where I can not search from anything from folder related to .htm file database file.

On PC, I can easily open this .htm file.

Can anyone guide how to open .htm and .html files on Safari and chrome browser?
