My apple tv randomly like shows a black screen/ shuts off every 5 seconds right when i turn it on and i don’t know why

Everytime i turn on or use my apple tv, right when i turn it on it shuts off every 5 seconds and i don’t know what is wrong.

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 14

Reseat your HDMI plugs, in case one of them is making a loose connection.
