Ios 14.4 update problem

Facing problem with my 14.4 update on iphone xs.It's been more than a week trying to install it but every-time i click on download and install the software it just shows ESTIMATING TIME REMAINING and nothing happen.Even after hour's of waiting and at least it shows download failed.

Tried to reboot my phone and then start again but still the same.
