Is this the only app that you're having issues with? Does this affect all movies and shows in the Disney+ app or only specific ones? Is your Apple TV set up this way to use Dolby Atmos: Play audio in Dolby Atmos or surround sound on your Apple TV


If this issue is specific to the Disney+ app, reaching out to them may be helpful.
