I have a iMac (21.5-inch, Mid 2010) Version 10.11.6 OS X EL Captain
What is the latest software i can download and how can i do this? I am trying to use Indesign and its saying its not available on this Version

FWIW, the current version of Adobe InDesign requires macOS 10.14 or later. Your iMac is too old to upgrade past High Sierra.
if your iMac is a certain age can you no longer update software
