The Plus/Equals key is not working on my Wireless Keyboard. I have opened Keyboard Viewer and all keys appear to be working ok apart from Plus/Equals. Any ideas please?
It's most likely a mechanical issue with that key.
Does this key produce nothing at all?
Try another keyboard if possible (doesn't have to be from Apple).
Hi Tom. Key produces nothing at all. Doesn't even "light up" on Keyboard Viewer! Don't have immediate access to a separate keyboard so will need to borrow one!
Hi Tom - borrowed a USB keyboard and that works perfectly so it's not a software issue! Is there any way of performing a hard reboot of a Apple Magic Wireless Keyboard?
