Review personal video deleted?

I was going through my iPhone storage, so I went into Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Photos > Review personal videos. I accidentally deleted a bunch of videos thinking I was deleting videos from Messages that I have already saved on my external hard disk. But instead I deleted videos in my Photos app on the iPhone. I immediately headed into "Recently deleted" in Photos thinking they was there. But no.
