Failed OS Reinstall- No HD to Install To

After the update to Big Sur I was getting the error “The disk - Macintosh HD - Data” can’t be unlocked”. After following a video for the fix I removed volumes but I think I removed the one too many. I tried to reinstall the OS and now it will not install. It basically says “failed try again”. This is what my disk utility looks like. Any help is much appreciated!

You did remove one too many.

Do you have more than one drive?

You need to Add a Volume to the drive on which you wish to install.

Select AppleAPFSMedia and see if the Volume add/remove buttons (+ / – ).
